How am I invoiced?
If you have chosen subscription without commitment then payments will be made monthly while if you have subscribed to a 12 month subscription the payment will be made annually.
Is there a commitment?
There is no commitment. You have the choice of paying your subscription per month or per year.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes you can change your plan at any time.
Will my monthly/annually plan be renewed automatically?
Yes your monthly or annually plan will be renewed automatically if you choose a Startup or Business plan. You can unsubscribe in Proof Desk (back-office).
What is included in a signature?
One signature includes a signature request workflow with email and OTP SMS (optional).
How to test the API?
We provide a pre-production platform to test and integrate our API into your own tools with Business and Enterprise Plan.
Is the pre-production environment limited in time?
Each integration project is different, that’s why we give you unlimited access to our preproduction platform during the whole time of your Business or Enterprise subscription.
Is there a credit limitation on the pre-production environment?
There is no credit usage limit on the pre-production environment. If you run out of credits just tell us and we will add more.
